Mr. Epstein

Mr. Epstein has been at classical since 2007 and teachs middle and high school bands and orchestra, and general music. Previously he taught for two years in New Britain. Prior to this he was the Brass and Marching Instructor for WestHill High School's Marching Band in Stamford CT for three years. Mr. Epstein is also the web designer for the school webpage (the one you're one!) and previously taught web design, world drumming, guitar, jazz band, and Typing.

With experience in; Orchestras, Symphonic Bands, Wind Ensembles, Jazz Combos, Big Bands, and Marching Band Mr. Epstein spends a lot of time involved in the playing and teaching of music. Some of Mr. Epstein's favorite jazz artists are; Buddy Rich, James Morrison, Count Basie, Arturo Sandoval, Frank Sinatra, and Bill Watrous.

Besides his love of music, Mr. Epstein is a fan of web design, paintball, and martial arts. He teaches martial arts after school during enrichment and holds a second degree black belt in karate and a first degree black belt in jujitsu!
